RCH4 Side Effects

There have been no reports of any related side effects other than three reports of an adverse reaction, however, in these cases while taking RCH4, the PALS were found to also be taking, or had been taking counterfeit Radicava/Edaravone originating from India which they bought off the Internet from various well known so-called ALS "Non profit" organisations, the sponsors of which drew more than $1 million each in personal salaries and "expenses" according to their last filed accounts.
In all other cases where counterfeit drugs are not involved, RCH4 appears to be well tolerated.
There was a report by a troll `Ladislav`, on an ALS forum who claimed that he knew RCH4 caused deaths in the Czech Republic. This was totally untrue and without foundation. As the person was a well known activist, and in the light of the exceptional safety record of RCH4, any reasonable observer would conclude that the allegation was likely untrue.
The same person on another occasion also claimed he had his RCH4 tested in a laboratory and they "confirmed" it was GM604.
As we never supplied him with RCH4 at any time, this allegation was also completely untrue.
Subsequently, speculation appeared on forums questioning whether the gentleman had deceased, or had absconded with €thousands worth of unfilled orders for counterfeit drugs which he had been previously supplying.
A well known so-called ALS "Non Profit" entity provides counterfeit drugs which pose a serious danger of side effects for PALS. The CEO of the entity claimed that RCH4 was another name for `Edaravone` which he sells. It would appear that he was soliciting on-line orders for "RCH4". That particular person and his family drew $1,200,000 in salary and "expenses" according to the last accounts year filed.
A serious and misleading allegation
There is no personal information below which was not already on public platforms
After taking some 85 doses, a person publicly described the efficacy of RCH4 as "Major", "No side effects" and "Not at all hard to take"

The person became disgruntled, trying to damage this charity on ALS forums after his supply of RCH4 had been withdrawn from him due his excessive use of supplements and Internet sourced counterfeit ALS drugs.
He then claimed that he had an "Extreme adverse reaction" to RCH4, the side effects were "Severe" and "Very hard to take".

This is most disingenuous. He failed to say that this happened after he started taking counterfeit Radicava/Edaravone from a new source in India which he was requested not to take. He continued to take RCH4 after  that request, as he still possessed stock of RCH4. Further, he continued to take it  after  his reported alledged reaction.
His reaction was triggered by the counterfeit Indian substance and not by RCH4.
When challenged, he kindly withdrew his allegation.
The same gentleman stated that he had the Indian substance "tested" by laboratories in the UK and USA. If a laboratory does such work, that is not the word they would use.
When the identity of these laboratories, the methodology they employed, and copies of their reports were requested, he refused to supply this information.

Over all the years that RCH4 has been in use around the world, and many thousands of doses, nobody ever reported an "Extreme adverse reaction" of any sort or said it is "Very hard to take".
